CI provides a complete range of transportation engineering services for freeways, toll roads, multi-lane highways, interchanges, and FM roadways. CI has provided transportation engineering services for numerous entities including TxDOT, HCTRA, METRO, Harris County, Fort Bend County, and the cities of Houston, Sugar Land, Texas City, Pearland, and Katy.
CI works with the engineering department staff to determine project scopes, schedules and budgets and coordinates with other agencies to ensure project schedules are met in a timely manner. CI assists in the permitting process with regulatory agencies, and also assists with utility coordination and relocation. If projects require public involvement, such as public meetings or hearings, CI prepares materials for mail-outs, meeting exhibits, and media presentations. CI also works with specialty consultants, such as environmental scientists and geotechnical engineers, to offer a complete project team that meets the needs of the client.
